The Lanđin trade business is based in the town of Kraj on the island of Pašman.
The trade is registered for commercial fishing at sea and has been in the business for over 15 years.
The trade operates as a family business with the aim of having the family stay on the island, and three generations are involved in the activity of fishing.
All activities are carried out in the traditional way, with bottom-set nets and a 6m long vessel, which does not deploy further fishing effort and minimally affects the marine environment.
The main product of our trade is the catch of fresh fish, which is distributed through wholesale channels on the fresh market and partly to the end consumers.
Along with the existing basic activity of fishing, we have undertaken fishing tourism as a form of business innovation, which will provide additional revenue for the trade during the tourist season.
